2006 timeline   August

The foundations have been completed for the first phase of the new office scheme (to be known as The Crescent) and the steel frame is due at the end of August 2006.

Holiday Inn - the steelwork to the roof has been completed and the cladding has commenced, with the intention of making the Hotel watertight by the end of September 2006.

Grounds works have commenced on the first speculative office scheme, which is to be known as 'The Crescent'.

New access and infrastructure for the 20 acre office campus was completed mid June 2006.

Hotel - the first and second floor concrete structures have been completed and columns are being erected between the second and third floors of this four-storey structure.
