  Stunning new office scheme underway

July 2006 saw the first step towards developing the 20-acre Office Park. Work began on a scheme to be known as 'The Crescent'; these offices are being built in phases, the first of which will be ready for occupation in April/May 2007. The flexible design will attract different business types by providing offices from 1,800 up to 22,000 sq ft. Once complete, this striking complex of 66,000 sq ft will provide a spacious and contemporary working environment of progressive Eco-efficient design.
