Solstice office development caters for smaller businesses
05 January 2006
A new office campus, specially designed for small-to medium- sized businesses, is to be built on the Solstice Park business estate in Amesbury.
Detailed planning permission has been given by Salisbury district council's northern area committee, and work is expected to start early in May.

Projected Solstice Park office scheme
The scheme includes incubator units, designed to attract individual early-stage businesses and young companies.
Cliff Whitley, development manager for Solstice Park, said a new roundabout on Porton Road would have to be constructed before on-site work could begin. The new office complex will be sited close to Porton Road.
Philip Holford, partner with agents Myddelton & Major, said the office campus would cater for new and existing businesses requiring flexible office space, from a single office of 100 sq ft to larger, self-contained suites up to 14,000 sq ft.
Modular interiors walls will be used to allow flexible floor space.
