04 May 2005

Following successful completion of all essential infrastructure at Solstice Park, a 160 acre landscaped business park at Amesbury, Abbey Manor Group is delighted to have sold its first turnkey development at the Beacon Centre to The Tintometer Ltd of Salisbury. Tintometer will be taking 12,000 ft² of high specification offices, laboratory and production space on a prominent freehold plot at the entrance to this first phase of development.

Chris Counsell, managing director of The Tintometer Ltd said "We are pleased to be one of the first businesses to relocate to Solstice Park, which will offer us room to expand our operations and endorse our reputation as a global supplier of scientific instrumentation."

Nigel Timmis of Abbey Manor Group Ltd said "Tintometer are just the sort of forward looking local business we are attracting to Solstice Park. Its landmark building will adjoin the Beacon Centre, our speculative complex of Office, Industrial and Commercial space."

Notes:

The Tintometer Ltd has purchased a serviced freehold plot and entered into a Design and Build contract with Abbey Manor Group to complete its 12,000 ft² building by early autumn 2005.

The building will be clad in Modern composite panels under an asymmetric curved roof.

The building, car parks and service yard will sit within a landscaped parkland setting which forms the background to all the development at Solstice Park.

Zone A benefits from an Outline Planning Permission for B1 (Ofiice and Light Industrial), B2 (Heavy Industrial) and B8, (Distribution/Warehousing) uses and Abbey Manor has detailed consents for a range of buildings, any of which could be on-site within 6 weeks of instruction.

The Beacon Centre consists of a total of 55,000 ft² of speculative Office and Light Industrial units in sizes from 1,800ft² to 10,000 ft² that are available on Freehold or Leasehold terms. Units will be available for occupation from autumn 2005.

Plots are also available for Design and Build solutions from 0.5 acres to 10 acres.
