Solstice Park future hopes
11 November 2004

The latest developments at Solstice Park, Amesbury, were outlined by chartered surveyor Peter Barefoot of commerical property consultants Alder King.

Peter BarefootMr Barefoot said infrastructure for the 160-acre £250m business park was now well under way and later this month, work would start on the leisure and roadside facilities, called Solstice Services.

Email Peter Barefoot Peter Barefoot with your questions about the Leisure and Roadside zone.

He said the fact Solstice Park was only 100 minutes from the centre of London, was in an easily accessible location and highly visible from the A303 would be key to the future success of the region.

The task now was to attract inward investment, which was very competitive, with "everyone fighting to attract major relocations".
