Located to the north-east of Solstice Park, the 20 acre (8 ha) industrial and distribution zone offers fully serviced sites for design and build facilities on a freehold or leasehold basis from 15,000 sq ft (1,400 sq m) to 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m).

The Beacon Centre offers units for industrial, office and hi-tech uses from 1,800 sq ft (167 sq m) to 3,750 sq ft (1,150 sq m). Units are available on a freehold or leasehold basis. A 12,000 sq ft R&D/Office facility was constructed for the Tintometer Ltd, who took occupation in December 2005. Two further R&D/Office buildings are proposed.

Robert Wiseman Dairies Ltd is constructing a Dairy distribution depot to serve London and the South East on a 9 acre site. Occupation is expected in November 2009.
